Well I finally solved the cause of the ratcheting sound I was hearing, particularly under acceleration from a stop. It ended up being the driver side motor mount that was completely split. Offending culprit

Yeah I'd smoke test it to look for leaks in your vacuum lines and intake manifold. Did you say the IAC was replaced? If so, what brand because the IAC controls the idle.

Clicking is normal from a lunchbox locker, that sound is from the locker disengaging.

That is your front locker engaging while you're turning. You can adjust your driving style to prevent this by using neutral throttle (neither accelerating or decelerating) through turns.

The way you are describing the sway around curves it sounds like your sway bar isn't doing it's job. Also you didn't do yourself any favors by buying rough country, their stuff is not good quality.
