    PO133 Oxygen Sensor Issue

You should have another O2 sensor on the down pipe right after where it connects to the headers.

What’s your recipe for an all-around Jeep TJ?

Your setup is pretty much what I'm planning for mine, although I'm planning to swap in some axles with 410s once I can find a Dana 30 with that ratio.

Following as well, I've got a spare axle to clean up and paint.

    Vibes

From what I've read on here the best MML to keep vibes down is the 1" block lifts that retain the stock style motor mounts. I just installed the jks MML with anchor brand motor mounts and didn't notice any increased vibrations. Your rig sounds highly modified compared to mine, so you probably...

Installed a 1" steering bracket lift with surprising results

Aha, now we're getting somewhere. I think I've stumbled upon a janky steering riser already installed by the prior owner. I just didn't realize it and installed the new riser right on top of the existing spacer bracket. 🤦 Once I remove that, all should be well, which is to say I also will...

Installed a 1" steering bracket lift with surprising results

I'll remove the riser if necessary, but I'm moreso hoping I just messed this install up somehow and it can be fixed so that the shaft no longer contacts the firewall, but I get to keep the improved on center feel and stability of the steering. Once I installed the riser, I was not able to get...

Any failure prone parts I should take care of?

You should probably check control arm bushings, track bar bushings too to preemptively avoid death wobble

Any failure prone parts I should take care of?

Timing chain? Have you recently checked ball joints, front axle u joints, and hubs?

Installed a 1" steering bracket lift with surprising results

Ok here's some photos, help me figure out what's going on here lol. Looks like the extra steering weight is possibly due to the shaft contacting at the firewall. Before/after:

Yes I had to relocate the fan shroud.

Installed a 1" steering bracket lift with surprising results

No, I'm not aware of any interference because of the body lift. I just installed jks 1" motor mount lift blocks on this TJ recently, so I was in there with eyes on the motor mounts recently and all seemed fine.

Installed a 1" steering bracket lift with surprising results

That's essentially my question with this upgrade. Is the heavier steering feel the way it should feel and I just have no basis for comparison? Should reducing the angle of the steering shaft result in these symptoms of heavier steering weight and reduced play on center?

I should've taken one, I'll try and snap one today and post it

I might have the deal for you then, I ended up getting 2 of these MORE brackets by mistake. DM me if you're interested.

To my untrained eye, all looked fine, certainly nothing looked obviously worn.

Installed a 1" steering bracket lift with surprising results

Yesterday I installed this MORE 1" steering riser bracket with some surprising results. My TJ has a 2" body lift on it right now (yes I know) and some 1.5" lift springs. My eventual plan is to swap in a 3" spring lift and 1¼" body lift. Anyway, I wanted to install this steering riser bracket to...

No spark: how to tell if crank position sensor is bad?

Where did you get the replacement PCM? If it isn't a wranglerfix, I wouldn't trust it.

Buying a used Dana 35, what to look for?

Well it turned out to be a waste of a Sunday morning. I got there and opened the diff up and there's no ring gear on the carrier, no oil in it. Total bust. The search continues...
