You can adjust for tire size with our pcm and I am unsure about the TCC question. The code comes back to tcc, tcm or wiring.

I can remove the skim function from your old ECM. The skim function will activate after your first crank with sentry key and skim module.

@John walk it is your pcm. The hard shift from 1st to 2nd when cold is processor failure on the tcm side of the pcm. You can email me or call me on WhatsApp to discuss in further detail.
