Should you get a heavy duty fan clutch?

Stay in context, it is better for everyone. Our fan clutches are of the viscous type.

Should you get a heavy duty fan clutch?

If you are referring to our skirt wearing token weirdo, quit now because there is nothing you can do to change or stop the amount of bullshit you'll have to counter, forever. Even if you make a compelling and fact based series of assertions and convince him to change his point of view for that...

Rock Sliders / Rocker Guards Guide

The easiest way to describe this whole fucking mess is GIGO. One can NOT request expert assistance and then play fuck fuck games with the pertinent information required to deliver reasonably accurate solutions. It isn't even hard. Hey all, I have some rock sliders I'm trying to install. They...

Rock Sliders / Rocker Guards Guide

Use these from Belmetric. High strength for a screw, washer covers that gaping hole, high torque transfer for tightening, not terrible on the aesthetics. Roughly an inch long for any place a nutsert is used, if you run an internal backer under the door, add length accordingly. If screws are not...

Rock Sliders / Rocker Guards Guide

I was about to ask if someone who didn't like you very much gave those to you. Now I know. Are they as thin as they look in the picture?

Rock Sliders / Rocker Guards Guide

I do not even know where to begin. What is with the odd hole spacing? FYI, that is about a .410ish hole. Not sure what to do with that.

Rock Sliders / Rocker Guards Guide

There is no best overall. We don't need anything more than 1/4" and that won't fly with the lack of understanding most folks have about fasteners so we use 5/16" to satisfy ignorance.

    Grammar/spelling police

Right up there with "brah", and "fam". Use any of them in my presence after being warned not to, I'll fix it so we don't have to worry about it.

    Grammar/spelling police

That is a very odd one and when I've looked up how and why to use the correct word, it doesn't make enough sense to remember it easily.

Rock Sliders / Rocker Guards Guide

If you continue to be this vague and silly, I'm going to let you do it without my help. What are you trying to do? Be fucking specific. Are you just going to use panheads or hex head bolts or do you have some fucking countersunk holes to deal with?

Rock Sliders / Rocker Guards Guide

Currie used 1/4-20, Genright, Savvy, et al use 5/16-18, Flux Offroad uses 8mm, Poison Spyder used 3/8-16. Shouldn't we try and find out what fasteners he plans on using to make sure at least the countersink angle is correct?

Rock Sliders / Rocker Guards Guide

Where are they being used. What are they being used for? Are you mounting your flares back in place? Are you repairing the ones or adding the ones at the back of the center console? Are you replacing the ones that hold on the belly skid 97-02 or 03-06? Are you fixing the ones that hold on the...

Any tips on reinstalling knuckle w new ball joints?

Top isn't tricky. Start the nut, wedge a flat prybar between nut and knuckle, pry down, force tapered pin into tapered hole, tighten away.

California "USED" Warn synthetic winch line

175.00 shipped. I will install the original tube thimble and Warn hook back onto it unless directed otherwise. Used in quotes because this line has never been used under load. It has been installed on the winch, but nothing else. It was removed and replaced with a different color.
