How to install Hyundai Tiburon seats in a Jeep Wrangler TJ

Cool, I haven't seen this done before. Any interference (center console, roll bar) due to the wider seats?

Help me understand the Super 35 kit

I can offer advice on the Super35 but I don't have any experience with a Dana 44. I've been running the S35 for 3 years now. I have an E-locker with 4.88 gears and shafts from Revolution. I'm on 35" KM3 tires. My usage has been fairly rough but not extreme. I do like to play on the rocks but...

I don't know about you but I'm interested to see this trailer that was mentioned... and just why it's given him such a reputation?

How to install Hyundai Tiburon seats in a Jeep Wrangler TJ

Hold up man, I gotta call you on this one. I've seen the list of parts you have in mind over on your build thread. You obviously understand the value of high quality components. Yet you're heading to Pull-A-Part (presumably) for some second hand seats? These Mini Cooper seats must really be...

Hang in there. Keep reading and asking questions. Lots of great resources around these parts.

You could try a cheap set of Monroes to see if the Bilsteins are contributing?

Engaging 4x4 keeps pulling driveshaft out rear diff and breaking stuff

Any chance your driveline angle/ alignment is changing when under load? Worn control arms or transmission/ motor mounts?

Help me understand the Super 35 kit

I'd call a Super35 overkill for that combo. No reason you couldn't upgrade the diff with a traction adder though if needed.

    It just happened!

My first thought when you describe the "floating ride" is shocks. But that's not how you typically hear Blilsteins described on our TJ's. Possibly tires? Sidewall construction and/ or pressure?

Ok, he counted the teeth. 41 on the ring, 11 on the pinion = 3.73 ratio.

Unless he was planning for an Antirock in the rear? And decided to heed Nashville's advice and stick with the stock rear sway bar?

^^^This is the truth. I didn't get it until I set up my front Currie TB. Then remembered it and wished I had a second Currie bar when setting up my rear JKS.

RockJock (Currie) trackbars are the gold standard followed closely by JKS.

It also sounds like the 8.8 isn't ready to hang under your Jeep, so there's some fabrication that needs to take place also. Correct?

Yup, you weren't messing around when you boarded the "buy once, cry once" train. You certainly won't be disappointed in the brake upgrade.
