I just had my eyes checked a month ago and my glasses don't need updated.
I don't know what kind of phone you have but the yellow circle you drew is only 3" wide on my computer screen and the message is still not readable so I went back to the video and watched the full screen view.
The video gives us less than 4 whole seconds to read that long ass message and for most of that time those little (semi-transparent?) white letters are blending into a background of various light colors.
I'm nowhere close to being a lawyer and I don't even like what most of them have done to cause the WARNINGS ON ALMOST EVERY PAGE OF THE OWNERS MANUALS and in advertising but I can see Ford losing this one right after the stupids do what stupid does in their fresh off the showroom floor Raptors. I don't even think some random YouTube videos of the stupidity would help Ford on this one.
Just because you can’t read it doesn’t mean it’s not visible. I’m also 20 years younger than you, I would expect my eyesight to be a little sharper. Their disclaimer is pretty much the same size as most commercials and I’m pretty sure watching something on your phone isn’t a valid argument for not being able to see the fine print.

Motobilt fenders are nice. I like that they have that "familiar" look/ shape to them and yet still are slightly different.

Jv, apple valley, and surrounding areas are big on racing.... but half of those classes are RWD.
By only saying JV... they are some what misleading.

With all that said.. I think the Bronco is capable.. and perfect for 80% of "offroad enthusiasts".
If you don't have a 50" LED light bar, multiple driver centric camera mounts, and a youtube channel.. then you're not an off road enthusiast.
I heard 4runners have a social media package.. where it has 7 in cab camera mounts, and software to edit your selfie videos on the console. (Joking)
