Ok so my memory was incorrect. I replace the IAC not the TPS. The TPS is bad. However, the torx screws holding the TPS have been in so long I can't get them out. I've already destroyed the heads. I'm running out of ideas.

You can't run a 9/16 bolt through a 5/8 hole unfortunately.

This is why I went with metal cloak. PO put a RE track bar on and it was 5/8 on the frame side. If you get a currie track bar they will make the ends whatever size you want but jks only comes one way.

I have 250 more break in miles to run off. Getting close to ready.

Bench testing complete. Just need to wait for the sealants to cure.

Made excellent progress tonight. All I need to do is some bench testing and final tolerance checks. If that all goes well, it will be time to start putting the housings on.

Now that I have new bearings I can confirm the input pilot bearing was the problem. More than double the play with the old bearing vs the new bearing. I tried to upload a video but the file is to large.
