Given you can make a tyre alignment kit in about 10 minutes out of a tape measure, a couple of lengths of 2x1 sticks and a pair of old elastic cargo straps I would be doing that in the first instance and seeing what you have. My pax side tyre was completely blown out and it was all down to toe in.

Some photos of the issue. The photo with my fingers visible shows what happens if I manually rotate the top of the canvas - it aligns the rubber better and allows it to seat nicely against the hardtop frame but as soon as I remove my fingers it springs back into place.

I've tried my best to get the drivers door to close flush with no success. Have bent the top half of the door frame, have removed the canvas skin and carefully tensioned it. The issue isnt so much the top of the door frame sitting in the wrong spot as the rubber seal being "twisted" in place so...
