I haven't messed with the door locks. I did repair my center console to keep it from sticking, but didn't need to rekey it. I'm sure you could either rekey the locks with the proper tumbler parts or once you have the key code for the tumblers order a replacement lock with that key code...

I have manual trans. Pretty sure it is the cylinder based on how it has been happening. Also, not a steering lock issue.

I watched the "how to" video. Should be simple enough. I think I'll be able to get it to turn since it has been an intermittent problem (hopefully). I appreciate the input.

Thanks, will give it a try. It has been working and intermittently getting stuck. I've been able to get it turned over after messing with it for a few minutes. Yesterday, it took quite awhile to finally get it to turn. This morning, wouldn't turn at all. Luckily it is in the garage currently...

Can you post the link for the replacement cylinder you used? Found one on Amazon. Just wanted to check. My 01 has finally locked up completely. Can't turn key at all. I think a few days of below avg temps may have contributed. Thanks.

My 01 does this also. I also have the inverse problem now. Sometimes, the key won't turn the ignition and I have to keep trying and wiggling it around to work. Will have to try the spare key to see if it is a key or ignition issue. Could be something with the key release button also.

Yeah, the OE Mopar radiator installed in my TJ last month has plastic ends.

The console cushion was installed already when I got the Jeep. I think it was part of a Sahara appearance upgrade package.

These came on the vehicle when I bought it. Will have to check the wattage on them. They are remote controlled. Fairly bright halogen bulbs, but will likely switch them with LED at some point. So far, they have worked well.

I am looking for a good option for door off mirrors. I'll likely go with some simple hinge mounted ones as above. However, does anyone know of any mirrors that might mount to the windshield (light) brackets I already have (shown in pic)?
