Ok replaced bolt with one from dealer and it went on really tight after the first 4 or 5 turns, it didn't seem cross threaded though. Idle still high and still getting steam whistle. I found the back top bolt wasn't even have tight it's really hard to get a wrench on. Gonna get some swivel...

No ticking that I can hear? And the motor runs good and has no codes. I did have a high idle and replaced the tps and iac valves though. I tested for vacuum leaks with carb cleaner and couldn't find any.

I think I'm missing a bolt and maybe this is the cause of a whistling noise I'm hearing. It's on the intake manifold.
