I'm actually running with the dana 35 right now. The axles have held up pretty good actually. Its the differential that has broke on me twice already lol. The Dana 44 is too expensive for me right now. Unless there's an affordable option somewhere.

I'm running 35's with 4.56 gear ratio

I'm not looking for huge power gains. I commute to Seattle quite often and the trip is pretty much all up hill. I usually have to have the jeep in 4th gear because 5th will top out at around 45 mph. I also hate stressing the engine at 3k rpm for an hour straight. Any recommendations?

I'm thinking of getting this cold air intake. Would a snorkel be better. If so are there any around this price point...

Actually yeah, my pinion nut came loose on the freeway twice now and I just tightened it again. Its on there pretty good but gets pretty hard to turn when I tighten the nut too much. What should I torque it to?

I put a spartan locker in about 3 months ago and it's been working great. I opened the diff to put in some thicker gear oil and discovered that the pinion and carrier are making hard contact. Is there a way I can fix it before it blows up lol?

I've had a misfire with my 2002 4.0 5 speed for a bit over a month now. I've changed all the spark plugs and just changed the coil rail too. I'm still getting a P0306 code though for cylinder 6 misfiring. I can also hear and feel the misfire. Any thoughts on what else it can be?
