    Currie Dana 60 Question

The TJ rear HP60 has the following notation. Is anybody familiar with this? Is that a better alternative? *I appreciate all of the knowledge on here but my mind is already made up on the HP44\HP60 combo 😎 https://www.currie4x4.com/currie-60-high-pinion-jeep-tj-lj-rear-axle Sway Bar: The...

    Brake Controller Recommendations

I’ve got a 2005 TJ with BMB pads\centric rotors up front and drums in the back. I just got my new Dirtworx bumper. I am going to be towing a 2008 Fleetwood Sedona Pop-up Camper. Does anybody have any suggestions on a brake controller that would be good for this setup? @Jerry Bransford...

    Which Fuel Pump Manufacturer?

Dumb question, I see a lot of mention about Bosch or Delphi. What is wrong with the Mopar OE unit? I see Mopar 5161335AI can be had for around $200 (I have an 05).

    Ford kills it

Competition is good for the consumer. Jeep has had a free lunch for far too long. There was more thought and innovation put into the Bronco than the JL by wide margin. Id guess 90% of what people wheel the IFS will be fine. That Sasquatch package with 35s is available across all models...

Is Barricade is owned by Extreme Terrain?

The Barricade stuff isn’t bad at all. My flat fenders are going on 3 years and the powder coat has held up well. Their wheels are also very nice. Granted I’ve basically ruined them on rocks but that is my fault not theirs. It is not high end stuff but for the money I think they deliver some good...

Fixed 2005 TJ Gas Tank Overflow Issue

The speculation is that some of the additives put into the fuel causes the plastic to distort enough to prevent the plunger from flowing freely. I can see why people don’t want to deal with this fix but tackling this during the skid install made sense. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Fixed 2005 TJ Gas Tank Overflow Issue

Skid bolted together nicely and install went pretty smooth. I have a body lift so I gained about an inch of clearance. Taking it wheeling next weekend but it’s just a beefier slab of metal so I don’t expect any problems with it. I don’t see any interference issues. It does come into contact with...

Fixed 2005 TJ Gas Tank Overflow Issue

    Sidemarker suggestions for flat fenders?

I am in NY and I am not running the side marker lights and I haven’t had any issues with passing Inspection. Just wondering has anybody tried to wire up two pair of LEDs to the front wires and just cap off the side wiring? Since these are so low voltage just wondering if that would work...

    TJ Gear Bags

These look pretty cool. They go above the wheel well which is unused space and it has a shoulder strap. https://www.quadratec.com/products/14045_XX_PG.htm Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    Advice on potential TJ purchase

Looks pretty good. Double check the insides of the frame where the skid plate attaches. The fact the frame is not painted\doctored in an attempt to hide rot is a plus. What I see from the photos just looks like normal surface rust. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    Advice on potential TJ purchase

As Chris said if the frame is in tact I would strongly consider purchasing this LJ - the price is definitely fair. This person used quality components and did it right so long run you would be ahead of the game with what you are starting out with. If this is stretching *your* personal budget...

    Lift regrets

I’m on 33s and I’m ready to start planning 35s for next summer.... It all comes down to what you are using your Jeep for. A non lifted Jeep with 31s is great for Over-landing but it’s not gonna cut it on more difficult trails. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Will Currie Antirock fit with Rancho stubby bumper?

I have a Rancho Stubby Bumper. I know I can remove the bumper to install the Anti Rock but will there be enough room for the Anti Rock to function once I put the bumper back on? I am not sure how much the arms of the Anti Rock move when flexing. The inside height of the bumper is 4.75 inches...
