I gotcha. Well welcome in that case! it’s only about 35-45 min away from Greenville, and a pretty good time. Happy to help show you around sometime if you are up for it.

I'm in Simpsonville, SC (Greenville area). I'd be all for a forum ride to Uwharrie, Gulches, or elsewhere in the Carolinas.

SOLD 2” BDS Rear Springs - TJ

Only had these on my Jeep for about 700-800 miles, so they are like new. Good quality, just sat too tall on my lightweight Jeep with the rear coil relocator brackets I have installed. I suspect they would work well if paired with a 3” front spring, but would obviously vary based on the weight...

Great looking Jeep. Good call on changing over to the Clayton LA. Had one on my previous Jeep ZJ and it was fantastic. It should serve you very well!

1998 Sahara DPG Super Ultimate Build

Sharp Jeep! Fellow white Sahara here. Had that same exact suspension/BL setup on my previous TJ with 33's as well, and often miss it. Something "just right" about it from a overall size, ride, handling, nimbleness perspective.

Pro Comp vs OME spring coils

I ran the OME 2.5" HD springs on my previous TJ with the original OME nitrocharger (non-sport) shocks for a few years and absolutely loved it. On my current TJ, I run the light/med. duty rear OME coils with TNT upper perch relocators (adds 1-1.5") with Rancho 5000X shocks. In my opinion (and...

Too Clean to Build 01 Sahara

Thanks! Glad it's helped to inspire. The white Sahara trim has been my favorite since it's debut. Good luck on your build!

    Arizona Rock Crawler

Good call on the 32RH swap, look forward to watching the progress. Very happy with the 32RH/231/4.56 combo in mine with 35's.

Too Clean to Build 01 Sahara

It was just ok. At the time I had that jeep, 5.13's were not available for the dana 30. If I were doing it again tomorrow, I'd definitely run 5.13's due to the deep OD in that trans. I had 4.88's with 33's on it for a short while and felt like that was a great combo. On the flip side, when I...

Too Clean to Build 01 Sahara

Picked up a stubby bumper from Barnes 4wd during their black Friday sale, and got it painted and installed over the weekend. Happy with the fit and finish as well as the cleaner look. Just need to grab a hawse fairlead to replace my roller setup since I changed to synthetic line.

    Mid-arm LJ Rubicon

great looking Jeep! Love the build direction. The PS fenders and corners are on my short list as well. Digging the paint match with black flares. May have to steal that idea for when I do my install! Look forward to seeing the mid-arm go on.

    Uwharrie National Forrest 12-1-20

nice pics and videos. Always enjoy Uwharrie and hate I didn't make it there this year. We usually stay in those uhwarrie cabins down the road from the OHV park entrance and they make for a great home base for a weekend. Nice to see someone else from SC as well!

Virginia Probably moving back to VA

I lived in VA for several years before moving to SC 5 years ago. Still wheel with friends from up there every year. One spot I didn't see mentioned was Gore, VA (Big Dogs Offroad). It's not open year round, but they hold several events a year and the trails are fantastic (mild to buggy...

Too Clean to Build 01 Sahara

After the above mentioned tweaks and changes, I took my oldest daughter on a fairly mild shakedown run to my local park, Gulches OHV. Great park but we didn't bring anyone else with us and we only had a couple hours before I had to get her to a friends birthday party, so nothing crazy here...

Too Clean to Build 01 Sahara

Following the completion of the initial build phase, I headed out to the "Gateway to the Cumberlands" Jeep Jamboree in KY with a few buddies from VA. Had a great time there and it proved to be a decent shakedown run to provide insight to what my next modifications needed to be (1" BL, bumpstop...
