97 TJ 4.0L So I swapped out my leaky radiator from extreme terrain. Same radiator. Same fittings. The old o rings/gasket where torn but did not leak. I put teflon tape but no o ring in the new rad and now it is leaking. Do they typically have an o ring and teflon? If so anyone know the size?

Looking to replace some weatherstrips on the windows. I contacted Best top and it is the only part they don't sell. Anyone have an idea who makes the windows or where I can find the replacement weather strip for it. Pictures attached

Yes, for me it was the manifold leak. Tighten the intake bolts and check the header bolts while you are at. I think they were 25lbs torqued but can't recall.

Have you found any? Currently looking as well. Cliffs are closed off to Jeeps as well.

Still have the antenna mast and mount? Fan Shroud? I can pick up if price is right. Thanks

The plastic brackets where easier to fit for me. Easier to cut the plastic a bit than the metal behind the dash. That is my exact setup.

I believe you need the brackets. I fit mine in without cutting the metal dash supports. Agree on the Polks also. I have 5.25 in front and 6.5 in the back all amplified. Sounds great with the top down.

Just wanted to give another update. Fuel tank is back in. Been through a tank of gas and it is running so smooth. I am thinking the loose bolts on the intake and exhaust where the reason. Just another point to check for the misfire. If anything changes I will chime back in. Thanks to...

Well I have not really driven the Jeep. I had to drop the fuel tank as I had a strong fuel smell. Had to cut off some of the bolts that hold up the tank. Remove as much as I could rust and repaint. Turns out the pump was completely off. Crazy! Replaced the fuel filter while it was out and tank...

I checked mine and it seems to be sealed. I don't think the Bosch would be an option for me unless I find the whole new unit.

New to me TJ... I have been chasing a gas odor and finally brought down the tank. Turns out the fuel pump was completely off! Filter at the bottom that I had to fish out. I am not sure how old the fuel pump is. Is there a way to identify a manufacture date on the pump? Should I just purchase...

Just had the whine come up thought it was a dirty throttle body. Took it apart and cleaned it all up. It came back. Tighten down the intake manifold bolts and it seems to have fixed the issue. Some where real loose especially by the firewall! I was shocked. Thought those where so hard to come...

Used to own a YJ and I had borla headers, high flow cat and borla cat back. Loved it. Sounded great. Definitely looking into doing the same setup for the TJ.
