I used POR 15 on my frame about 3 months ago. I followed the process to the "T" but when I scrapped some of it off today there was rust underneath the POR 15. As well, there were some areas where rust was burning though. It gets mixed reviews. Just sprayed the eastwood today. I'm hopeful.

I just dropped the skid plate today. I feel so lucky I didn't have to replace a nutsert. Here's a video of a bolt being removed. it's the inside of the frame.

Haha. Great question. The tires were so bad I HAD to get a new set. Went ahead and got the 33s. This thread helps a lot. At the very least I will get new springs soon.

So far so good on the 06 Rubicon

I'm reading this as I'm sitting in the tire shop getting 33s installed with a 2.5inch lift.

@penk I hope it's just the sensor. I had to replace the exhaust system on mine as the code kept showing up after the sensor install.

Okay so I'll check the clutch lines and put in Redline MTL and go from there. I'm reluctant to drive it until this gets resolved.

Hi all, When I shift from first to second and so on , there's a momentary grinding sound during. It happens about 75% of the time. What could be the problem? I sometimes have a hard time shifting into reverse too. I changed the transmission fluid several weeks ago but I've been having this...
