Best answer. Never drilled out a bolt is it as simple as that? Start small and work up and hope it doesn't require a rethread?

Honestly I don't know what is on those fender flares. I think they came from the front tires throwing something on them before I purchased them. Whatever it is you can scrape it off and it leaves a faded under side. It doesn't come completely off. What color would be suggested if I wanted to...

Thats goofy. You can buy an entire soft top with tinted side windows for $214 with good reviews but seat covers that actually fit under $100 is out of the question. Ha ha. I'll keep the search on and will post what i come up with.
