Just installed GenRight highline fenders

No oil in my filter

No oil in my filter
I was changing the oil in my 2004 tj and when I removed the oil filter it had no oil in it? Like no oil maybe a half a tea spoon. So I baught another oil filter and it is the same way. Oil is topped of and has good oil pressure- TmettTJ
