2005 ljr. bought new 35" tires and decided to replace ome 2.5" plus spacers with real 4" springs/shocks. went with ce9131rh3/rs55256 in rear, ce9132fp/rs55255 in front. installed the rears and they seem way too tall. i have at most a quarter inch available downtravel before the shock is extended...

anybody think there is any chance for one more run of savvy front bumpers? website shows 13 of the bumper armor pads, so i hold out hope :)

the wait for axle shafts is still long. my new fronts finally showed up, so i excitedly jumped right on them. while tightening the lug nuts, i noticed the sheet metal dust covers that go behind the unit bearings. i cried a little. let's hear who would tear it all back down and install them...

anyone know a trick to keep the vent hose on the transfer case with the savvy cable shift? i don't remember what the factory linkage looked like, but with the savvy cable, my vent hose gets pushed right off. thanks.

axle shafts are still hard to find in stock. amazon claims i'll see revolution discoveries in ~5 weeks. i think i've read that they don't hold the factory tube "pebble shield", and my favorite utuber didn't even mention it. does anyone think the shield is necessary? thanks.

the handheld will always be useful when you leave the vehicle to spot someone or just check lines. but you will end up with a mounted radio also :)

you're smart. i removed the stick and bent it in a press after my mml and bl. later i did tt, and had to remove it again and bend it back.

my 2 cents is avoid the handheld. it sits nicely down in the cupholder but when someone speaks, you grab for it and probably need them to repeat what they said once you have it up near your head. it sits nicely down in the cupholder, but some button on it gets hit and you're off listening to...

i put in a high impact nsg370 8 months ago when i could no longer hear the guy at the drive trough speaker unless i pushed the clutch pedal down :) not many miles on it yet but it is a night and day improvement. i had no issues shifting, just lots of noise.
