What did you do to your TJ today?

Yes, they are a direct swap. I also ordered 9/16 and 7/16 bolts from RockJock to replace the stock control arm bolts.

What did you do to your TJ today?

I replaced my Metalcloak Duroflex joints with Johnny Joints. On a more positive note, the Johnny Joints cured my speed sensitive shimmy.

The Savvy gods have smiled upon me

Today the Savvy gods have smiled and blessed me with my transfer case shifter, ordered 4/29/2022, not too bad. Still in perpetual wait mode for the gas tank skid.

I say go for it, I painted mine and didn't notice any difference in light output.

Do you think a Antirock would be worse flat towing over stock bar?

Same. Never a problem in the twisty Idaho mountains or on the interstate.

What did you do to your TJ today?

Today I changed the intake/exhaust manifold gasket on my 2.5 low output. If your 2.5 is performing poorly even with 31's and 4.88's make sure some dumb ass didn't install a gasket with a screen over the intake ports.

    Towing vehicle help

A locker will help some but you will still have problems with the rear axle unloading backing up hill. How heavy is your camper? 5th wheel or bumper pull? If it's a bumper pull, placing additional weight in the bed will help keep traction on the rear axle.

What did you do to your TJ today?

Today I replaced the final 23 year old u joints in my front driveshaft. It was surprising to see how viable the grease still was in the removed u joints and centering ball. Now I have piece of mind knowing there isn't a lurking dry joint waiting to give me problems. I also fixed and annoying...

Help with Rancho part numbers for OME lift

I'm done with the harsh ride from the OME shocks, do these part numbers look correct for 2.5" OME heavy rate lift? Thanks in advance. RS55239 Front RS55241 Rear

    OME light duty springs

31's running 28 psi. I could believe it's the shocks if it weren't for the fact that I can stand on the front bumper and bounce and the front will hardly move like only a 1/4", I'm not a big guy 210lbs, but I'd think it should move more than that. I can get my 350 super duty to move more than that.

    OME light duty springs

I have 60047 OME Nitrocharger front heavy rate and 60049 OME Nitrocharger rear heavy rate shocks

    OME light duty springs

Yes, satisfied with the ride height. The ride on the front suspension is just harsh. My combination of the 2.5L and soft top, and no winch doesn't help much for weight on the front.
