    Turbo Kit Test TJ

Our most significant issue is, there is no option to adjust barometric in the 05-06 computer.

    Turbo Kit Test TJ

I have not checked for continuity or leak, that was my next step tomorrow following a change in sensor test. I will update accordingly, thanks again for everyone’s brains on this.

    Turbo Kit Test TJ

Well, I guess I’m now seeing the wranglerfix does not support tunes MAP does change, I’ll offer this to the party that did the tune. Should the tuner be able to calibrate the sensor itself? I watched him work with scaling tables, but no matter what the baro wouldn’t change, and there was not...

    Turbo Kit Test TJ

Unfortunately stock does read 95kpa, and agreed, I have reached out to wranglerfix tonight via email, might just order a PCM as you mentioned they are notoriously bad.

    Turbo Kit Test TJ

My apologies 05 TJ Rubicon 6 speed 4.0L throwing P0129 code after installing RSI kit, and tuning off of RSI base file I am in correspondence with the tuner who is stumped past installing a stand alone ECU as he believes it is the issue at this point. Also I have an account so I figured I...

    Turbo Kit Test TJ

Smoke tested for vac leaks, had none. It almost seems like the ECU can’t or won’t allow the MAP sensor to make baro correction.

    Turbo Kit Test TJ

I’ll caveat, I’m not the tuner, just the end customer searching for some answers, so please excuse if I can’t answer as well as you’d hope haha but I appreciate any input. Engine off reads 95kpa, engine on 95kpa, baro will not move. Jeep runs and starts both with sensor plugged in and...

    Turbo Kit Test TJ

Has anyone experienced your barometric pressure not moving from 95Kpa after the install? Jeep runs with MAP sensor unplugged, I am truly perplexed at this point.

    Identifying my hard top

I lean most towards it being a Bulldawg, but I sent the pictures to their customer service and they said certain elements such as it being carpeted and the style of sunroof is wrong. Perhaps it is just a very early iteration of their top, or it has been adultered. I did find a hard top on...

Thanks for your reply Mac, if you get a moment, would you mind sharing a picture of your top?

    Identifying my hard top

Hey everyone, have a second hand aftermarket hard top, and the top two manufacturers Rallytop and Bulldawg Mfg have given information that leads me to believe this wasn’t made by either. Looking to see if anyone has knowledge on the subject, as I am searching for replacement parts. I also...

    Quadratec Hyline Squabble?

Eh, I’ll disagree that customers shouldn’t be privy to some form of understanding why their item is delayed. I’m not asking for the absolute details, but leaving it open ended as they did, does not leave a customer with the ability to make an educated decision on how to proceed with their order...

    Quadratec Hyline Squabble?

Yeah, you’re right, I suppose neither party lied specifically. Though I would consider that withholding information, as Quadratec new exactly why there was no ETA on the item. Hyline was more forthcoming, and in business with a customer, that could be worth giving them what I forfeit in savings.

    Quadratec Hyline Squabble?

I ordered a Hyline bumper and swing out for my TJ on Quadratec, it appears there is some conflict between the two, leading to delays on reception of the product. Kind of a bummer, saved a good bit between the free(ish) shipping and military discount from Quadratec. Not laying blame on either...

    RallyTop Replacement Parts

Have you thought of replacing your radiator with an aluminum racing one? I have done it on all three of my Wranglers. I also steer away from any electric radiator fans. That has all helped with needing to replace the thermostat every spring. Granted, the NAPA thermostats do tend to be fairy poor...

    RallyTop Replacement Parts

Hi Mac Thanks for the reply. I don’t totally disagree with your sentiment on the price, I am more worried about future failures since they appear to be a faulty product, or maybe the previous owner just abused the top. I’ll look into the OEM, but those have gotten pretty pricey as well. It’s...

    RallyTop Replacement Parts

Rally Top (I believe this is the brand of top) on my Wrangler I just purchased has an aftermarket top on it. Did some digging, and the replacement latches for the top would be near $100 from the manufacturer, and they will only sell them over the phone. I am hoping someone here has had a...
