05 TJ Rubicon 6-speed
Clutch system started showing signs the master and slave were nearing the end of their life.
Weird part, there was no black clip on spacer (as seen in the image attached) which leads me to believe the system was once replaced, but they didn’t transfer the spacer or it deteriorated and fell off at some point.
I believe this is impacting the plunger throw into the cup by about 1/2 inch and leaves a hair width gap with the bell housing, which likely allows particulates to enter the housing.
I checked the Mopar parts blow up and it’s not individually listed, that I could see. If anyone has a recommendation or a way forward, let me know! If it comes to it, I’ll order a cheapo slave that comes with one, but am concerned that it is pressed on and couldn’t be transferred.
