Currently regearing my Dana 35, and inside it are these o-ring things just outboard of where the carrier bearings and shims go on both sides. I tried to pull one out and it tore, it feels like they're made of RTV. I didn't see anything mentioned in the FSM about seals like this. Does anybody...
