OBD Code P0432 (1/2 Catalytic Converter Efficiency)
Just had my Check Engine Light pop on and P0432 is the code I got. Can someone explain the BEST sequence to attack this issue? I've read, on many Posts that the O2 Sensors might be the first line of attack as opposed to going for a new Cat. This is NOT a Cali Jeep. Thanks!- mcoh1030

Catalytic converter code P0432
Hey all, So my '01 TJ is throwing a P0432 code. Upon easy research, it's that the "main catalyst efficiency below threshold." I haven't noticed any drop in performance and the vehicle is pretty new to me so I don't know if it's affecting the mileage. I've gotten a quote for around 1,000$ for...- jkelly
