trails

Wondering if I can get away with a Rav4 everywhere. I don't plan on rock-crawling. I just want to go off-road, hit Lake Tahoe in winter, see the mountains, death valley, etc. I'm looking at a Jeep Wrangler 4xe Sahara for 2500 + 560/month before tax. Pretty decent deal for 3 years/10k. Insurance...

Hey guys! I'm from Massachusetts and I'm pretty new to offroading. I was wondering if anyone knew any places where there are some light trails/ beginner stuff. I've done all the beach stuff I just want to get on some sort of trail. I've searched the web and can't find anything legal in Mass...

I am about to do this trail this weekend with my father-in-law, has anybody here done the trail and do you have any tips or cool things to say about it? I heard its a moderate trail. I do not have lockers, I have 4" lift and 35s with a Dana 44. I hope I will be able to handle it!

Does anyone know of any trails in South Carolina? I live in the upstate but a little drive doesn't matter. I am fairly new and I haven't done any trails yet so some tips would be nice for my first time.

I'll be in Lexington this weekend. Looking for trails near Lexington, Richmond or preferably the Red River Gorge. I hear there are trails near Slade, but can't find any info or maps. I plan to run Sunday if anyone wants to join me. Info is much appreciated.
