Hi all, spent way too long today trying to fit the soft top tailgate bar into the mounts so I could use the tonneau cover. Eventually I googled the part number on it (55176736AC) and found that this tailgate bar is apparently only for 03-06? Is the 03-06 bar thicker than the 97-02 bars? I assumed it would just all fit as it all came from the previous owner.
