Swapped stock 4.10 gears to 5.38’s and obviously my speedometer is way off. I do not think any of the over the counter programmers will fix it. What have you all done to fix speedometers in these ignored years?

They're connected. Correct the speedometer and the odometer will be correct too.
Thanks, read the sale description and it was worded that it only fixed spedo, re-reading it looks to be a generic description for all kinds of vehicles. Appreciate the information!!
If your odometer is miles off after years of inaccurate speedometer it can't fix that but the miles added to the odometer going forward will be correct.
can you refresh that link, it just goes to the main page, i need to fix mine after a regear, unless there is a better option out now?
