The order from Amazon had an issue, and got canceled, so went with the VDO/Continental PM6002 from Rockauto as suggested. Arriving today. Will install later.
New motor arrived and installed in less then 10 minutes. Seem okay, cant really tell the difference compared to old unit.
I discovered anoter issue with the heater fan speed switch, where the motor would stop work when the witch knob is on position 3, but works if i push hard on the knob. Pulled it out and found a loose pin on that #3 speed on heater control. Will need to source a new heater control.
I now also have an issue with my double din radio, wont turn on at all. Fuse in glove box is good. More things to dig into.....
I did state that i do have the fan speeds, just not on position 3 as it connector pin on the back of the control Switch is loose, so will need a new control switch. Other then that it is working.
Having a hard time finding the heater blower control switch for 1997

Got one from a local junkyard. Most of the yards I called wanted $40-$50 for the whole control unit. Got lucky with one yard that allowed me to take just the control switch for free.

Want to thank you all for your input on this issue. For less then $100, I was able to fix all the issues related to the heater blower, and now do have much more heat coming in.
