Hello all,
New to the forum and Jeeps. My Dad just passed away and he owned a 1997 Wrangler Sahara. It is pretty much stock and in OK shape. Few oil leaks and other issues. To keep his memory alive and his adventurous spirit alive for me and me kids, I am planning on restoring this TJ and making it a weekend adventure jeep that I can pass on to future generations.
I would like to pull the engine and rebuild it, pull the tub and paint and under coat it. All new suspension, wheels bumpers, axles, interior etc.
My question is this......What products does everyone recommend if you where to build your ideal TJ for mild offroading if money was not a concern? I know I will not get my money back out of this but that is not the point. The point is to make a jeep that will stay in my family for many years to come.
