These just arrived at my local jeep junkyard. I am going to dive into the TJ. The YJ looks driveable.

I am in Dubai. I could ship things that can be handled by the USPS. Sad thing, the YJ is running and driveable. Rust free too. Just needs typical maintenance. Ball joints, brakes, etc. Getting stripped and scrapped. The TJ is a 99 right hand drive, probably brought here from japan as scrap. I will get the radiator overflow and possible the double pump washer bucket. My rig was never wired for the rear wiper and I added the hard top. It is probably a nightmare pulling the wiring harness to wire my rear wiper up.

Yes, they’re interchangeable. 5x4.5 bolt pattern.
