In the Spring of 2000 my wife convinced me to quit looking at used Jeeps and just buy a new one and modify it to meet our goals. We bought this TJ Sport new in Dallas and it’s been a great vehicle in the 21 years ever since. From day one the Jeep’s enjoyed parking out of the weather inside my shop in rural Texas. However, earlier this year we sold our place in northcentral Texas and completed our move to Utah to retire nearer family. I’ve decided it’s time to “hang up my spurs” and ride along with my son or grandsons who have rigs of their own. (To be honest, I also cringe to think of driving the vehicle on the salted roads that are a way of life in the winter here in Utah.)
