What advice can be offered to help preserve the soft top ? I purchased this jeep for my grand daughter's 16th birthday.So while I keep it and repair it I need something to help keep the top conditioned.

I wash mine with the same car wash stuff (ArmorAll wax & shine) I use on the rest of the Jeep. This stuff works good afterwards.
Wash with any good car wash you use on the rest of the jeep, let dry completely, then apply 303. The stuff is also great on the fender flares and mirror housings.
