Just put a new 4.0 in my girls 2000 wrangler when you start the Jeep it will idle normal then after you drive it sometimes it will idle around 1100rpm steady. When I put the motor in I did brand new intake manifold gasket and throttle body was cleaned and a new gasket was installed and the iac was cleaned. Any ideas?

Check for other possible vacuum leaks (hoses, etc.)...that is a typical source for high idle.
Does it seem to come down again if you blip the throttle? You might have a throttle cable issue or sticky valve body.

Have you tried re-torquing all the fasteners since the swap, might be worth a look.
