I've got a 4 cylinder TJ that isnt blowing any air. speeds 1 and 4 worked, and i would bang on the dash and it would start blowing. Now I have nothing. Ive changed the blower motor, blower motor resistor and the blower motor switch. Still nothing. I hit the dash and it blew for about a minute than shut off and now it hasnt come on at all.

Did you look at the fan speed selector switch harness connector to see if it shows signs of over heating ?
i replaced the entire switch, the connector the switch plugs into looks fine. i dont see any signs of over heating just some minor gunk.
UPDATE: the AC will randomly turn on while driving and when i switch to a lower speed it shuts off and wont turn back on.
