2001 TJ HVAC problem also speedometer and cruise control quit working

I need some insight. Sometimes my heat does not want to blow....you can barely feel it coming out of the vents. Other times it will run you out of there. The times when you can barely feel it, you can not hear the fan blowing at all. Any ideas?

My speedometer and cruise worked fine..then all of the sudden they just quit. I replaced the speed sensor..did not help. Any ideas on that?

The cruise control and A/C vent problem are probably caused by a vacuum leak.
Are your engine RPMs higher when idling ?
Check the rubber fittings and poly tubing going from the intake manifold to the cruise control across the firewall; there is a T that goes thru the fire wall near the A/C lines penetration for climate controls then onto the vacuum canister beneath the battery tray. Also check the vacuum booster line from the intake manifold to the vacuum booster by removing the line from the booster and plugging it to see if there is a change in the problem.
As for the speedometer problem; I would first check the grounds behind the dash board speaker grills and then beneath the dash board attached to the kick panels along with the ground wire that is near the radio attached to the metal supports. Couldn't hurt to check the engine ground wires to the left of the oil filter.

Engine Bay grounds make them shinny
