My (66 year old) mom want to sell her stock 2003 Sport TJ, but she doesn't know what price to list it at. It has 70K miles, 6 month old soft top, and a warn winch. Its in excellent condition. There are no comparison with that low of miles to figure out a price to start. Any help would be great. Its located in Washington state. Will post pic's when she sends them to me.

I'm on the east coast, so maybe prices are higher out west, but those stats might bring a price of $8-12k here. Only if it's rust free, though.

Lots of factors, especially frame condition make a difference in price. I’m in Spokane and looking for one for my twin sons. Take some pics and post up, especially around frame control arm brackets, skid plate, rear of each frame rail, then all the other stuff. Auto or manual. Et al.

I'd say about $13K at the lowest unless she just wants it gone. And I wouldn't take much lower than $13K because it has such low miles.

Slightly an apples and oranges comparison, but I bought my 1-owner (80 year-old man) '04 LJ soft top from the PDX area a couple of months back for about that... It has 110K miles and is an auto, but it's 100% bone stock, rust-free, and also in very nice condition. I'd ask $14K for the TJ, but I suspect she'll get around $12K with some patience. Rolling into the holidays is always not a great time to sell — if she can wait, I'd recommend sitting on it until spring (April-ish), then listing it for sale.

Also in WA. I bought an 02 TJ, stock drivetrain, 2" lift, new BFGs, Rampage top, 110k miles, zero rust, good body and interior for under $7k almost 2 yrs ago. And it had been listed for sale for over 2 months.
Since then, knowing a few more Jeep people, I don't think they sell all that well here. They get listed for higher prices, don't sell for weeks, price gets dropped, but calls have stopped by then. Maybe it's different elsewhere.

TJ’s are overpriced everywhere. I can get just about any other fun car for way less.

Not a bad idea at all. The warmer weather certainly won’t hurt either.
