2004 sun visor (what am I missing)

What am I missing? There is just a open hole and nothing to screw the sun visor into on the header. What goes there? Thanks.

Picture isn't great to work with. Does your Jeep have a hard top? The hole pictured looks like one of the holes that the hard top latches “lock” into.
