Me thinks, he lost a ( 1 ) somewhere like in front of $8500 ? like $18,500 crazy enough if legit he may have even lost a ( 2 ) in front of $8500 like $28,500 - Anyone tried calling ? @ $8500 it must be busy 24/7 ringing off the hook .

Looks like the title could have been washed from Texas through New Mexico / no miles ever recorded by DMV or anywhere from 04- 2015 updated every year on 6/1 ( just seems strange )

Ran a car fax 4 owners, from 5/20/04 Honda of Midland TX ( strange )
every 6/1 ( always 6/1 it passed inspection in texas until 8/19/16 ( no miles ever recorded on any of the 11 yrs of inspections )
New title New Mexico 2273 Mi ( 1st time any miles recorded )

Ahh makes sense...probably still a good deal with the ‘1’ handle added back. a ‘2’ seems a bit much, though can’t imagine another one exists with lower miles

PASS at $28,500, the right number is prob $18, 500 - $20,000 area MAX. The only thing that makes it so interesting is it has no miles. Which means you can't drive it, or it becomes just like any other jeep out there for 1/2 the price.

Wow!!! Crazy...there is such a thing as too little miles and the vehicles rubber and internal parts could get really messed up by sitting and not being used enough...could need a whole lot done down the road...couldnt stand to not drive a vehicle i owned
