2006 2.4 6-speed temp issue

2006 jeep wrangler 2.4l, 6 spd manual. Throwing code p0125, replaced thermostat and ect sensor. Gets up to operating temp but takes a long time. Running live data on scanner, ect/ecu temp in agreement with dash gauge. Coolant full, heat works.. TIA

Hi, I'm think I'm running a 195 but maybe they gave me the wrong one at autozone, I am going to replace it with a gates. It has been a cold winter in the northeast and during the coldest spell, i had a misfire code along with the p0128 and now a catalytic code on the downstream o2 sensor, perhaps from running to cold and rich. i blocked off the grill and the temperature started getting to operating, and i replaced the downstream o2 to no avail. thinking thermostat, plugs next as cheapest option. i thought that maybe the aftermarket radiator is too efficient but it doesn't look like a crazy high perf racing one.
