2006 Rubicon with a P2096 error code

how hard is it to replace this part?

It's not terribly difficult unless you have a very rusted undercarriage. Either way, I'd use some Kroil or Liquid Wrench on the bolts before hand, let it sit over night, and then you shouldn't have too much of a hassle. I did mine in a few hours the first time.

So on my '05 I get the codes
PO421, warm up Cat Efficiency, below threshold, B1, upstream
PO431, warm up Cat Efficiency, below threshold, B2, downstream.

No one, not the local shops or FCA, can give an answer on how to fix the constant check engine light code thing.
They all say it is a result of a cold start. No way to fix it.

Saving my money, I am going to eventually replace the cats to try to resolve the problem. I replaced sensors with the ones recommended, no success. If you come up with anything please let me know.
