I have a 2006 Tj, 2.4l. It currently is lifted 4 inches with 35's and has stock gears. What gear ratio should I go with to regear it, and do I have upgrade anything else when I do so?

5.13. It is the lowest you can get in a dana 30. If you swapped to a 44 up front at any point I would have said 5.38

@Rob5589 is a gearing expert who had a 4 cylinder. He would be a good source of information.

What axle do you have in the rear? If is a dana 35 you will want a super 35. I would also upgrade to steering to either a currie currectlync or do a zj steering mod

5.13 all the way. And it will probably still suck. For reference, I ran 4.88 on 31's with the same eng/trans combo.
