Trying to diagnose what this ticking sound can be. Started about one month ago and increases as rpm's increase. It has 110,000 miles, no codes are bring thrown, and seems to run fine. Changed the oil and filter two days ago. A few told not to worry about it as it's common in Jeeps. Don't need to destroy my entire engine by ignoring it. Seems like the standard lifter(s) rattling but seems much louder when I listen down by the wheel well, almost as if coming from near the oil pan area. Would like to have a better idea before I bring it to a mechanic to diagnose.

Maybe a exhaust leak? Lifter tick generally quiets off when rpms are high because oil is flowing better but a manifold leak will tick the entire time
