2016 steering, brakes, and throttle went out

My daughter was driving her 2016 Jeep we bought used It had been in a previous front end accident and repaired while driving the power steering brakes and throttle went out she almost got in a horrific accident got to the side of the road started the Jeep up and was able to drive at home normal it's been sitting for 3 weeks The dealer says they can't do anything without a code

Additionally nothing came on the dash no codes nothing lit up
