What is the average lifespan of the 32RH? I've had some noticable changes occuring since I bought it at 160k miles. Now sitting around 197k. Did a fluid and filter change about 1k miles ago because I noticed some odd behavior, specifically feeling of lack of power and a slip shift between 2-3 where it would rev up when shifting before 3rd grabbed. Seems to only be an issue in hotter months when the trans is hot and under load like going up a hill. Today, I drove it for the first time in a couple months. Outside temp was about 55F. Shifted to drive and it didn't seem to want to grab. Shifted to reverse and it grabbed immediately. Shifted back to drive and it felt like it slowly engaged. Started driving and all felt normal. Shifting from park to drive wasn't an issue throughout the rest of the day. Questions are should I be looking at a rebuild, have I about hit the useable lifespan of the transmission, did something else possible kill it, and should I check a few other items before she's condemned?
