3rd brake light mod.

After lifting my Jeep and adding the 33" tires I didn't like how high the 3rd brake light had to be raised. Looked weird to me. So here's my solution

You need one of those Cylon eyes that go back and forth. Pretty cool. Maybe the T in Tron stands for TJ.

I integrated my turn signals into this homemade third brake light. It was pretty easy to do. Only had to track down which wire was the brake light. You have to click the link to Watch it on Facebook to see the video. I couldn't figure out how to post a video straight to the forum.

Cool, I did something similar, $2.99 round LED light I bought at a Flying J truck stop, popped the center cap and stuffed it in there.

Which is fine until you get rear ended and the insurance says you're at fault for a "broken vehicle". Been there. Sucks

I have it laying around somewhere, so if I ever do get rear ended, I'll throw it back on before the claims adjuster pays me a visit
