90-110 Miles, one FULL TANK!

You have the swelled plunger issue. It is an issue the DC ignored. The true fix is to pull the tank, remove the plunger, sand down the giudes, and reinstall.

That's crazy I get 13mpg with 4.10 gearing and 35's
 
When I go off the odometer after correcting for speedo inaccuracy, I get about 180 miles off about 16 gallons. 180/60=11.25
BUT, I usually start the Jeep in the morning and let it warm up for about 5 mins.
4.0, 5 speed, 3.73s, 35s

Codes were cleared and hasn't returned. I new CEL did come up, P0440. Common fix is replacing gas cap or making sure it's a few clicks in. The gas cap is brand new from dealership. I'll have to clear the codes up again to see if it'll stay away.

I filled up at 77378 miles so we'll see how much this tank will last. I'll update once I find out
