I had to todo this again and couldn’t remember how to get the crappy press nut in so I’m documenting for the next person…
The Dorman kit, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MA0X30P/?tag=wranglerorg-20 is actually an upgrade over OEM as the socket which holds the visor arm is aluminum and not plastic. The provided press nuts are crappy but you should get 4. I used a 6mm socket centered on the nut + a whack from a hammer to get it centered and pressed on.
