96' 4.0 Cherokee Misfire Help

Ever determine cause? Did you test or replace the injector on that cylinder?

Great work getting it back together.
Tested the injector and it seemed to be fine, my guess is that number six being all the way at the end of the fuel rail, at 5k+ rpm for more than a few seconds there wasnt enough fuel pressure left by the time it got down there. Causing it to lean out. Maybe the fuel pump is getting weak or fuel filter is a bit clogged. Either way it's running great now.
