Is it throwing any codes?
Does it have a black key or a grey key? Do you know if it has SKIM installed?

When the engine shuts off; is there a yellow circle with a diagonal slash and a key in the center at the top left corner of your instrument cluster ?
As Chris stated above; your Jeep could be shutting down on SKIM.
