Can anyone tell me where to get this fitting? 98 tj proportioning valve! It goes from valve to right front brake. My goal is to do all the brake lines but for now I need this fitting

That actually doesn't go to that corner directly. It is the port adapter to convert ORB to 3/8-24 inverted flare so you can use a hard line and tube nut. On ABS systems, that port is plugged, on non ABS, it is converted with that port adapter. I do not have, I have sent them all out that I did have to folks converting from ABS to non ABS.
Most any salvage yard will have one though. Very common part. If the threads for the hard line are good though, no reason to replace it.
