I have a '99 TJ with factory half doors. Found a set of '05 full doors that I am restoring and I ordered a set of cylinder locks for them as the previous owner had deleted the locks and installed a central locking thingy that's very broken.
Unfortunately, I ordered the DL22 '99 cylinders from Rock Auto https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=42910&cc=1431777&pt=10007&jsn=11 when I should have ordered the DL127 cylinders https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=443498&cc=1430906&pt=10007&jsn=2184
Anyone happen to know what the difference is and can I shoehorn the DL22 style locks into my '05 doors?
Also - the short link wire from the lock to the door mechanism is missing - anyone have a decent high-res image of what it should look like and I will try to fab a new one up.
